It also has a Multilanguage ability. Fanvil C01 call center IP Phone incorporates a phone book that allows to store up to 500 contacts and the big 128 x 48 pixel LCD give the agent full control over the conversation. The agent will see the phone number or the Name of the person he is calling on the display while being in the conversation.

Fanvil C01even supports an advanced feature like a combined PoE port that allows powering the phone through Network cable in conjunction with a PoE Switch. This way you can assure that your Contact Center is working even in case of power failure within your office or building.
