The Ubiquiti PowerBeam 5AC ISO (PBE-5AC-300-ISO) is a powerful and versatile outdoor wireless access point designed for long-range connectivity in demanding environments. Its ISO (isolated) design enhances RF performance by minimizing interference from surrounding signals, ensuring reliable connections even in noisy environments.
Equipped with a powerful Atheros MIPS processor and 64 MB of RAM, the device can handle high data rates of up to 450+ Mbps, providing ample bandwidth for multiple users and devices. The PowerBeam also supports various channel bandwidths, including 10/20/30/40/50/60/80 MHz, allowing for flexibility in deployment according to specific network requirements.
Designed for outdoor use, the PBE-5AC-300-ISO boasts a robust, weatherproof enclosure made from UV-stabilized plastic, ensuring durability against harsh environmental conditions. It can operate in extreme temperatures ranging from -40°C to 70°C (-40°F to 158°F) and withstand wind speeds of up to 200 km/h (125 mph).
Installation is straightforward, with included pole-mounting hardware and an adjustable bracket for precise alignment, allowing users to optimize signal strength and coverage. The device is powered via 24V passive PoE, simplifying cable management and reducing the need for additional wiring.
Management of the PowerBeam 5AC ISO is facilitated through Ubiquiti’s airOS 8 and Ubiquiti Network Management System (UNMS), offering a user-friendly interface for monitoring and configuring settings.
