Panasonic KX-TEM 824 Features DISA (Direct Inward System Access) which allows outside callers to access any extension without going through an operator. Automatic greeting messages can be recorded by the operator of the manager, directing the call to an appropriate department or destination. 

KX-TES 824 PBX system is smart enough to even detect an incoming fax transmission – routing the call automatically to a designated fax extension. Panasonic, KX-TEM824 callers can also dial the desired destination not only to an extension, but Ring Group*, or even outside lines. When the system receives a fax transmission signal by DISA,

Panasonic, KX-TEM824 automatically connects the specified fax extension. Fax calls can be received day or night without an operator and there is no need for a special fax phone line. Panasonic KX-TES 824 PBX Extension Caller ID compatibility displays the incoming callers phone number or name when used with a Panasonic proprietary display telephone. Up to 20 calls can be logged per extension.

Panasonic KX-TES 824 PBX  optional Voice Message Card ensures you will never miss a call when you are not available. You can customize your voice mailbox, by recording your own greetings which will be played when you cannot answer your phone.

Panasonic  KX-TEM824 PBX callers can record their messages directly into a personal mailbox, allowing you to receive private information without relying on hand-written notes and memos. Call Centres and Workgroups can use the common message area for recording caller messages that can be played back later by an operator or group member.

Panasonic KX-TES 824 PBX has a caller ID, which allows a user to see the callers information on the displays of Single Line Telephones i.e KX-T7730 (SLTs) that supports Caller ID display and Analogue Proprietary Telephones (APTs). Proprietary display telephones can be used to access the Caller ID log for the 20 most recent calls (Call Log). And the system has 300 common logs.
