The phone includes 20 programmable line keys with multi-color LEDs, allowing for efficient line management and quick identification of call statuses. It also features 6 soft keys, 4 navigation keys, and 8 dedicated function keys (such as call, end, menu, and voicemail), ensuring seamless operation and customization.

For superior audio quality, the X7 supports HD audio and a range of advanced codecs, including G.711a/μ, G.729, G.722, G.723, and G.726. It incorporates echo cancellation and noise reduction technologies, providing clear and reliable communication.
