Customer is eligible for a refund within 5 working days if they are dissatisfied with product

delivered due to an error on our part or product delivered is faulty.

Mtech will make a refund for wrong product delivered, we can either make cash refund or replace the

product with the right items at no extra shipping cost.

Faulty products due to manufactures error is eligible for warranty of one year hence it will be accepted

back and necessary repairs done, please note products are accepted for warranty only if the problem

with products is not caused by the client.

Terms and Conditions

1. Returned products due to wrong item should be un used and be in their original package.
2. Damaged products won’t be accepted for a refund
3. Product damaged due to power issues are not eligible for warranty or refund, extra cost will be charged on this items for repairs.
4. No refund will be made on damaged goods that occurs during shipping, incase this occur clientshould sort this out with the courier.
5. Cash on delivery terms only applies in Nairobi and its environs, Outside Nairobi full payment hasto be made before dispatch.
6. For bulk goods, customer will need to reach out for shipping cost assessments.
7. Payment in USD is acceptable, conversion to be made based on the current market rates.
