The phone includes a full-duplex hands-free speakerphone with Acoustic Echo Cancellation (AEC) for crystal-clear conversations, whether you’re using the handset or the speakerphone. Additionally, the handset is hearing aid compatible (HAC), making it accessible for users with hearing impairments. It also supports narrowband codecs such as G.711, G.729AB, G.726, and iLBC, and includes advanced features like Voice Activity Detection (VAD) and Comfort Noise Generation (CNG) to further enhance call clarity.

The SIP-T31 supports up to 2 SIP accounts, making it ideal for small to medium-sized businesses. It offers a wide range of call management features, including call hold, mute, Do Not Disturb (DND), call transfer, call forward, and call waiting. The phone also supports 5-way local conferencing, allowing multiple participants to join a single call. The XML/LDAP remote phonebook and local phonebook with up to 1000 entries make it easy to manage contacts, while features like speed dial, redial, auto answer, and hotline enhance productivity.
