Description

Ubiquiti UniFi U6-LR Long Range Wi-Fi 6 AP, Ubnt U6-LR

The Access Point WiFi 6 Long-Range (U6 LR) is a high-performance access point that brings powerful, four-stream WiFi 6 coverage to enterprise networks. The U6 LR can reach an aggregate throughput rate up to 3 Gbps with its 5 GHz (4×4 MU-MIMO and OFDMA) and 2.4 GHz (4×4 MIMO) bands. It also has a sideways, down-tilted antenna pattern to expand its coverage area.

The water and dust-resistant U6 LR can be mounted either indoors or outside, blending seamlessly into virtually any environment so you’ll never have to disrupt your space’s aesthetic to enjoy excellent wireless coverage.

The U6 LR simplifies the process of bringing WiFi 6 to enterprise networks that support a large number of clients. It can be set up in minutes and fully managed with the UniFi Network web application or mobile app.

The IP code classifies and rates the degree of protection provided against the intrusion (including body parts such as hands and fingers), dust, accidental contact, and water by mechanical casings and electrical enclosures. It is published by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). The digits (characteristic numerals) indicate conformity with the conditions summarized in the tables below. Where there is no protection rating with regard to one of the criteria, the digit is replaced with the letter X. an electrical socket rated IP22 is protected against insertion of fingers and will not be damaged or become unsafe during a specified test in which it is exposed to vertically or nearly vertically dripping water. Another example is the Sony Xperia Z Ultra, one of the first cellular phones to be IP-rated; it is rated at IP58 and marketed as "dust resistant" and can be "immersed in 1.5 meter of freshwater for up to 30 minutes".  International Protection (IP) codeIP54
