The Fanvil X3U is a versatile and user-friendly 2-line gigabit color display phone designed for both small and medium-sized business environments. It features a 2.8-inch color LCD display, providing clear visibility for managing calls and accessing various functions.

With 2 programmable line keys, each equipped with multi-color LEDs, the X3U allows for efficient line management and quick identification of call statuses. The phone also includes 4 soft keys, 4 navigation keys, and 4 dedicated function keys (such as call, end, and menu), ensuring easy operation and customization.

The X3U supports high-definition (HD) audio with advanced codecs like G.711a/μ, G.729, G.722, G.723, and G.726, delivering clear and natural sound. It is equipped with echo cancellation and noise reduction features to enhance call quality. The full-duplex speakerphone provides hands-free communication, and the device supports both an RJ-9 headset jack and an optional 3.5mm headset jack for added flexibility.

Connectivity options include dual 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet ports and Power over Ethernet (PoE) support, simplifying installation and reducing cable clutter. An optional external power adapter (5V DC, 2A) is available if needed. The X3U supports SIP v2 (RFC 3261) and accommodates up to 2 SIP accounts, making it suitable for various communication needs.

Advanced call handling features include call transfer, call forwarding, call hold, 3-way conference calling, call waiting, and caller ID. Security is maintained with support for TLS, SRTP, HTTPS, and 802.1x network authentication.

The Fanvil X3U allows for remote firmware upgrades via TFTP, FTP, or HTTP, ensuring the phone remains up-to-date with the latest features and security patches. It comes with a desktop stand and can be wall-mounted with an optional bracket, fitting seamlessly into any office setting.
